We are currently looking to boost our Customer Success team with a Technical Lead superstar, who shares our passion for rebuilding the world through the blockchain technology. You will be mainly collaborating with Customer Success Leaders, the engineering team and regional Business Leads team to make sure our newly formed function works in its best capacity to further our goals. The ideal candidate has an eye for identifying the needs and growth opportunities in each team.

- Assistance with team building, hiring, and coordinating a team of technical support engineers
- Function as the first responder to customer feedback
- Hands-on tech. support
- Act as a bridge between the business team in acquiring new customers for the Customer Success team and make sure subject matter is supported expertly
- Assist on formalizing and implementing operational protocols and standards.
- At least 5 years of technical experience in the support technical lead role.
- You have worked with one of these database technologies MongoDB, Oracle, Postgre, SQL Server, and MySQL.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, container-orchestration, Distributed System and Microservice architecture
- Knowledgeable in Linux
- We have a fast paced environment and we are looking for someone who can take fast actions to resolve any problems on hand.
- You also have experience in leading various support activities both in-house and with customers
- Impeccable verbal and written English skills
- A CS or equivalent degree, former experience with cloud computing(AWS in particular), general understanding of the blockchain network and Ethereum are all considered pluses.
